Really convenient location and especially liked the setup inside. The receptionist was great and patient as I did not have my insurance card so I had to call. I was impressed with how many rooms there are and the equipment, as well as the fluidity of how each patient was taken care of and how courteous, friendly and respectful the staff was. The Hygienist, Austin, was great and explained what he did and why and what it meant as I was going to ask but he beat me to it. The general dentist very professional and personable. I loved how thorough their procedure was and is to make sure they have everything right. The staff did not feel like dentists or receptionists but more like friends and people you can just talk with. They left a very high and happy impression on me and I am so so glad I chose them to take care of my dental hygiene.

Big shout out to Austin my hygenist. God bless his skilled hands! He was superb! I had to have a deep, scaling, cleaning done and he was very patient, careful and accommodating. He went at my pace which was so helpful due to my TMJ and anxiety. The second shout out is to Miranda who was very pleasant and helpful in resolving my insurance issues. If you have suffer from trauma caused by past dental experiences or have anxiety, this is the place to go. Dr McKenzie is very knowledgeable and has a wonderful bedside manner. All the staff I have come in contact with has made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Don't let past experiences in other places, deter you from giving them a try. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

Cassie the dental hygienist was very caring, gentle and knowledgeable. Didn't even know that she was cleaning my teeth. Tatyana was also very good in breaking down my bill and of course I cannot forget Dr. Charlotte. I love Darwin Dental
