Been a consistent customer for multiple pieces of jewelry. They'll order whatever you need. However I had purchased an expensive necklace for my anniversary and it was a 16inch "sparkly necklace". I brought it back to get cleaned and they stretched it to 20inches, which must have been from the heat, and then blamed it on me and said it was like that when i brought it in, which it clearly wasn't. The necklace was ruined, and they suggested I purchase a thicker necklace next time instead of replacing the damaged jewelry. I would not recommend them to anyone after this experience.
