I went to this establishment based off the reviews, it turned out to be a horrible experience and my vehicle was very late being completed. I was very patient with this business, very! The lack of communication was horrible. I was supposed to receive my vehicle 9-26 and didn’t receive it until 10-17. The initial person that was handling my body shop claim stopped working there and no one updated me, I had to call to get the information. They kept saying oh we are waiting for parts but the parts were in stock. The estimate clearly stated what parts should be used, A/M meaning after market. My car is common so there are plenty of parts available. They failed to communicate with the responsible party on getting the supplement in a reasonable amount of time. They called the police on me because I was going to take my car because they stated they hadn’t gotten approval which was a lie. I had every right to be irate. They stated I assaulted a body shop employee another lie, he handed me my keys after I asked for them. The staff there drove my vehicle for personal use look at the receipt found below in my vehicle with the employees name on it. I looked the employees name up she works there. My new tire that was replaced due to the accident showed worn treading, not to mention my mileage went up by 600 miles. I have video evidence showing they drove my vehicle for personal use because I had a camera in the vehicle. Parts were not connected correctly after inspection from a third party of my choosing. The correct parts were not used like the estimate asked for. Another cutting corners body shop. Long story short they will be sued by my attorney.

For custom vehicles the work is outsourced. The third party ordered the wrong wheel and a bolt not fastened. They might be good for factory repairs but after market I would go elsewhere. Max was great and was very responsive. Update: these folks put a junk yard rear axle that was damaged on my vehicle for my insurance claim. Will never do business with again.
