Garbage - my car needed repairs and my insurance company paid for the rental - they charged me - took off the charge and then re-charged me. Completely disorganized - i am sending a mail to their CEO - Alex / Chris are completely disorganized - i spoke to them and told them not to charge me because my insurance company is paying. I asked them to email me the contract they said they would - but did not - FRAUDS. Sending mail to their CEO.

Enterprise ripped me off by charging me for insurance the my insurance already covered. They charged $788 . I was already covered by my insurance. I will never use there rental company again
