They gave me a car with a front tire that was bald inside and very bad brakes on it, on Easter Sunday after driving the dangerous car to the closest Enterprise that was going to be opened at the soonest time I had to drive over an hour away to exchange the rental they wouldn't bring a new one to me and swap it out. And now that my car has been returned last week I still haven't received my deposit they were supposed to give me money back on the rental for the whole fiasco and now I can't even get in touch with the manager because I guess they don't want to speak to me.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location. To show up there and be told there is no car for a confirmed reservation is unacceptable. Yes, we did change the reservation by asking to pick up at a different location from the one originally selected, but the person I spoke to on the phone hours before did in no way indicate that there might be a risk of them not having a car for us. They just said they were transferring the reservation and to go directly to that location (the one I am reviewing here). This business appears perfectly okay with making reservations for which no cars are available. If this departs from your definition of professionalism and you prefer a company that respects you, better stay away!

I'm pretty sure they can pick you up anywhere. They are fairly close to the train station so I don't see why not. Give them a call. They have two locations in Danbury. One is by the bethel train station which is one stop closer than the Danbury stop which is the end of that line so worst case they would definitely pick you up from the bethel station if not the Danbury station. The one by bethel is located on South St in Danbury. It literally sits at the railroad street crossing right past the bethel stop on the way to the Danbury end of line stop. They are open now. Give em a call
