Spent over 2 hours there, was inside for less than 10 minutes. Don't waste your evening. Got here at 740- 10 minutes after open and waited for over 2 full hours. Not worth the time inside either.

If they have a parent with them, they should be fine. It is a little too scary to send them in alone. Its an awesome house and totally worth it.
