Worse experience ever!!! Please don’t go to this location if you want to make it on time to your events or trip. I reserved a car a week before my son’s wedding in NY. I called early in the morning the day of pick up to make sure everything was good and the lady Denise said that there were no car available at the time that I reserved (4pm) but that she will have one available the following day at 9:30am. She called me the following day and said that she still doesn’t have a car available that she will give me a call back when there’s one. And that there’s 2 people ahead of me waiting on a car for the past 2 days and they will be first.Unacceptable so upset at this point, I reserved hotels and everything for my trip with my husband and 3 kids. I need to drive 16hrs to get to Rochester Ny. I called customer service and made a complaint and nothing yet. It’s already 1:14pm and the wedding is on Friday. Don’t waste your time and money.

Called and booked a reservation today and 35mins later when I am already on my way there, they call to tell me there are not cars avaliable instead of checking that before hand.

We have rented from this Enterprise location numerous times. Each time we rented from them we were disappointed. I believe in giving people a chance because things do happen that are beyond our control however this is ridiculous! Last year 2021 we rented in May and the van was FILTHY. There were ants in the van and trash under the seats in the stow and go areas. This year we have rented twice. Last month, March 2022 we rented a Pacifica that was also dirty, full of pet hair and smelled really bad. They reduced our fee by 15% because we detailed the vehicle and returned it cleaner than we received it. We rented again this month April 2022 and this was the last straw. We made our reservation online a week prior to our trip. The day of our trip they tried to get us to take a car instead of the van. This wouldn’t work for us because we have to take our disabled child and her equipment on vacation with us so we need the extra room. Then we were told no vans were available and would we mind postponing our trip for a day to get a vehicle. When we expressed how unacceptable this would be miraculously they had a brand new Pacifica show up just before closing time. For this aggravation we were offered 10% off our bill. Please don’t waste time or money renting from these folks. If you do, expect poor service because that is exactly what you will get. By the way, I responded to the auto generated reply to this post and I still haven’t heard anything 🙄 Hey Lisa S It’s been a week and I still haven’t heard from you.
