I had a friend who worked here an has been a CNA for 30 years + . He worked in several nursing homes here in Floridahh an we found they are all like fast food. Ederly population in Floridahh is so large an so many that this has become a issue. As you read other comments you find the care in this facility is rated high. Thats the fact that should matter care. I found this facility to be great as well as talking with residents established hete.

After a less than pleasant experience with another facility Cross Terrace was recommended for my fathers continued care. From the day he arrived the communication has been amazing. My father is happy with his care, everyone is super friendly and you can tell they genuinely care about their patients. They have taken the time to get to know my father and his needs and continually work to reach the best possible outcome for him. Our family highly recommends Cross Terrace!

My grandmother has been at this facility for 3 months and we are extremely happy. The administrator visited her twice in the hospital before she started at the rehab. These folks have dealt with every issue with care and have communicated with us every step of the way. I had no idea what to do when I suddenly was in charge of the care of my grandmother and I am more then a little relieved to have the time taken and the guidance to get her to where she needs to be. My grandmother is thriving in her new environment and her only complaint is about the food. I have taken a bite of a few different meals and they were actually pretty good. I think her medications effect her taste buds 😥 Thank you so much to Phillip, Brenda, Maureen and the rest of the staff at Cross Terrace. I literally don't know what we would have done without you.

My mother has been at Cross Terrace for over three years. She is treated extremely well although she is at times quite difficult. The staff is excellent, they keep me updated on any and all emergencies, she is assisted with feeding as needed and she is always clean. The facility is comfortable with a nice garden-area where we have spent many hours in conversation.
