Can you explain where exactly the store is located? I've been over to the Publix and looked at all the stores downstairs and upstairs as well. Is it in the JSA or can you tell me what it is beside? Thank you.

The Main Street location is just our mailing address. Our Store/ Dispensary location for Florida is located off Gulf to bay blvd clearwater. This location will be fully open in mid September!

What's the cost for a 1st time appt?. How soon are you able to get the card?

If you send us a private message we can send you over all the information and steps to obtain your Medical Card in the state of Florida. The wait list varies and the cost is normally around 75.00- 150.00 Depending on area.
