I have been going here for the last year for appointments for my shoulder due to workmen's comp. The first day was fine since a lot was needing to happen. Every time I have been back it's been a nightmare. I will schedule an appointment with the idea (like most offices) that they will call me close to that time and I'll be done within 30-45 minutes of my SCHEDULED appointment time. Here at Contenra I will be in the waiting room for an hour AFTER my appointment time, then get called back into a patient room where I will wait another 45-60 minutes to see a physician. The exam will last no longer than 5 minutes. Afterwards I'm waiting 10-35 minutes for my discharge paperwork and next steps while I'm in the patient room with the door wide open. For a SCHEDULED appointment that starts at 2pm, I would not leave there until after 4pm. While I understand this happening some of the time, this was for EVERY appointment I had with a physician, being ever 2-4 weeks or so. It would never matter the time either. Sometimes I would schedule for 8:15, right after they open hoping it goes faster. I would still be waiting at least 2 hours total for a less than 5 minute check up with the doctor. Many times, I would just be a "walk-in" for a check up or exam because I would be able to see the doctor faster than if I had an appointment. Physical therapy there was great and easy and never had any issues.

Staff was very friendly, service was timely, and they were able to accommodate the specific random drug test I needed to meet fmcsa and federal dot regulations and procedures.

Fantastic Staff. A bit slow, but to be expected at an Urgent care. Once they got me in, it was worth the wait.

They sent me a way while I was sick. They said I needed a negative PCR Covid Test before they could see me. You’re job is to diagnose and treat people and you’re refusing to see people that are sick. How do know if people saying they’re sick with a cold, actually end up having covid after they’ve left your office? Blows my mind.

Not really. I had 5 stiches in my finger and removed the stitches myself
