My husband was very adamant about how amazing this place was. He said the staff was welcoming and personable. I didn't receive the same experience. The doctor and the lady who helped me choose my glasses were friendly. However, my opinion of everyone else was indifferent and it felt like they were annoyed. Moreover, the prices were expensive, but they were upfront about it. I'm not sure if I'll return, because it was somewhat awkward, but they got the job done.

I had my first eye exam yesterday and the staff was terrific! The office was also very clean. My feelings where hurt when I found out I needed readers though lol. But I am 41 so it was only a matter of time. I recommend this place for everybody.

Dr. Palmer is incredible! I went in for a yearly eye exam and she was very helpful and informative. I was told about things that I had never heard in my 15 years of going to the eye doctor. The fact that she took extra time to explain everything to me was very appreciated! If you are nervous about going to the eye doctor for any reason, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Palmer. She put me at ease instantly and it was a great appointment. Thank you Dr. Palmer!
