I placed an order for delivery online. I received my confirmation email stating 17-27 mins for delivery. I waited 45 mins and still hadn't received my delivery. I then called the store. After a brief hold I spoke to a young man who informed me that they had no delivery drivers and could switch my food to pickup or cancel my order. I asked if the food had been made and he told me no. So after 45 mins they hadn't made the food or made any attempts to contact me about the issues with my order. Then let me know that it will be 24 to 48 hours for my refund d.

this Dominos completely ruined an order for over $100 of pizza. Instead of a refund, they sent a coupon for ONE medium pizza. Today when I went to order that single pizza, there was no where to insert the code. I called the store to see what I should do and was informed that they are closed. There are two kids there. No managers, no drivers, no one that knows how to use the oven. So I called Corporate and was informed all of their switchboards for customer service are closed. There is a robot I gave one star because at least the kid in the store was sorry he could not help me.

Followed my order on there tracker. Tom 40 min to make the pizza. Another 20 min on quality control. Once driver left with my pizza took 30 min to deliver. She decided to stop at the Shell station and take a break before delivering my pizza. Pizza was barely warm.

We ordered 4 pizzas. 2 of them were extremely burnt. Called them back they said they'd credit my account. When we called to reorder, representative was extremely rude n said there was no credit n couldn't refund either. To call distric manager until the next day. Very unprofessional n as you can see in pictures it is not normal for a pizza to be this burnt
