Excellent service and clean facility. Be aware that sometimes it has a little bit of a backup or line because it is popular. You can order mobile and use kiosks to order. One of the best in the city.

Usually I have a decent experience at this Panera, today I ordered my food to go and it was ready fast! Normally it takes a little while to be ready but today was good. Unfortunately, about halfway through eating my Mac and cheese I found some hair in it that’s not mine. I’m blond it’s not anyone’s I’ve been around either so that was pretty gross and made me lose my appetite a little. It was good but just seeing that like no one wants hair in their food.

The tables are 6 feet apart so you can eat there. You have to wear your mask until you sit down to eat.
I agree, also may be someone vehicle who works there who is handicapped. Please communicate with the business first before notifying the law enforcement.
YES I also have gone throw customer service there. Have not gone BACK for a while.. Found LUCKEYS across the street. Great Place.
