We purchased an electric recliner from Turners for my handicapped brother which he uses for 10-12 hours each day and it required a repair on the motor. Turners service and response time was excellent The Turner people understood how important that chair is to my handicapped brother Cynthia answered my calls and was so helpful and she is such a wonderful person. Jessica and Ashley in the service group did a fantastic job making sure my repair was completed quickly and the service person - Jason was right on time and very professional I appreciate the Turner team. Very professional and kind people I can’t thank you guys enough

Not sure call and see they have so many chairs
All workers wear masks and they do temp checks when you come in the door. There is also hand sanitizer throughout.
If the product is delivered damaged, ask for a replacement or repair. A care plan is not required to receive your new product in like new condition.
