My battery died and I needed a new one. Quincy took my information, get the battery from the back, took out the old battery and put in the new one. He turned an awful afternoon to a positive. Thank you Quincy.

Couldn’t tell if the store was even open when inside nothing was priced correctly stores are closed even the gate was halfway closed and one employee was on their cell phone the other was on the store phone and considering I was the only person store my service sucked

I went to three different auto parts stores shopping prices for a clutch master cylinder. All stores were very close in price. However the counter person told me what I needed was a clutch pedal cylinder based on the description I had given him about the cars lack of clutch engagement and poor idle. Every other counterparts person was trying to sell me a special order part and three times the price of what it actually was. I told the counterparts guy how well he did for me and how happy I was. I needed a couple other items later that week and brought him some Girl Scout cookies for his professionalism and customer service.
