Nice staff. They are very efficient here. I went to pick up a load and got me in and out. The only thing I didn't like is they closed at 4 pm on the other end for delivery.

Terrible experience with Pack Rat. I am sleeping on air mattresses from a delay of over 2 weeks in my container delivery. It's not like I moved across the country, I moved 105 miles, and Pack Rat somehow forgot to ship my containers. The worst part is that the offered $50 a day for the delay, that doesn't even cover the cost of food for my family let alone the cost for air mattresses and blankets so that we can sleep at night. I have called to try to get this resolved 4 times, each time it takes 20 - 30 minutes to talk to someone that can't help and they say that a manager will call me back, I have been waiting 8 days for a call back. Their customer service follow up is terrible. I'll use another container company in the future and so should you.
