I appreciated the customer service at this location, unlike the old town tbh. The stuff is super friendly and respectful when they can’t take your stuff… again unlike the old town:(

This is a good consignment shop with mid-range to high-end brands. I was disappointed to see Shein clothing around the store on my last trip.

Do not consign here!! They don’t pay and won’t let you get back your stuff. They just want things for free! I left several cloth for consignment in April, never received any email or text after that. They said it would take two weeks to estimate the price but nothing happen ever after. Don’t do business with this store unless you are going to throw your items anyway.

Hi Miguel - we do not pay up front. Our clothes on sold on consignment. Typically, we price around 1/3 of the original retail price and when the item sells it's a 50/50 split - which you can use as store credit or wait and request a check after 90 days.
