Great food obviously. But the service here is trash. This is one of many times they got the order wrong. We asked to add bacon to the sandwiches and even double checked the guy heard us. No bacon on the sandwiches. We asked to make the meals large but they put medium fries for some reason. I would check your meal before you get out of line. Also long lines.

1st waiting in a line for 20 minutes 2nd finally get my food (southwest salad) was given the wrong toppings, harvest nut granola. 3rd finally sit down to eat, no silverware! And just to top it off A BUG IN MY FOOD. I will never return!!!

This is the third time I have ordered breakfast at this chick-Fil-a and my order was wrong. I asked for the breakfast bowl like always and instead I get 3 boxes of hash browns and another excuse that the person who took my order misunderstood and that if I come back down they will replace my food!!!!! Plus too boot they charged me for chicken 4 piece minis!! This is really annoying 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Wake up and pay attention people…

I do not ike to leave negative feedback; however, I am grossed out by this lack of cleanliness of this Chick-fil-A --especially during covid. I have never felt that I needed a shower after exiting a Chick-fil-A, but that is exactly how I felt after leaving this location. While traveling through New Mexico the thought of a friendly customer service, clean restrooms, and dining experience with hot food was short lived. The dining room had maybe six patrons, and it looked like it had not been cleaned in months. Tables were dirty, floors were riddled with food, trash, and dirt. The automatic trashcan was full (red light indicates full). Several patrons after me also tried to throw trash away, but walked out with their trash still in their hands. There were boxes sitting on the counters, and empty napkin dispensers. The delivery bags were shoved in the corner by the community table. Speaking of the community table --it was so thick with grime that it would take a scrub brush and some elbow grease to get it clean. A quick spray and once wipe down, will not do the trick. The restrooms were equally as disgusting. Toilets, sink, and floors have not been cleaned in awhile. Thank goodness it was a push up door without having to touch a door handle. There were several employees standing around chatting when they easily could have been cleaning or making an attempt to clean. At least the employees were friendly and gave the traditional "My pleasure." Unfortunately, the experience wasn't pleasurable. The most comical part of this location is that they appear to "care" about your "health and safety" by requiing a mask must be worn to enter the store due to covid. Seriously, that would be the least of my worries after seeing how nasty they kept the dining facilities. I cannot imagine what the back of house looks like if this is how they keep the front of house. Extremely disappointed and hold all Chick-fil-A locations to higher standards. I'm not sure if they deliver, but they have an app you can order ahead on. You could see if Uber Eats, GrubHub or PostMates deliver from Chik-fil-A.
