I gave birth to our first child there. The bedside manner from the nurses was awful. There were a couple of nurses who were kind, but the majority were very rude. I am not the type of person who usually writes reviews but it is actually healing to write this one. It was just such a bad experience in the hospital that for our second child we will not be returning to the Good Sam, even though it’s a lot closer for us. They just lacked empathy and were very pushy. I’m sure there are people who have had good experiences there as well. It has just pained me enough that I am spending my time typing a review on google.

I am currently a patient here at the hospital and it was my very first time here . I have never been treated with such great care by the staff members, nurses and assistants as I am while I am here. I have Dr Kachhela for a physician and he is wonderful, I couldn’t ask for a better physician than him he has taken such great care of me during my stay . If I lived closer to this hospital I’d return back if I ever needed care again. Thank you Good Samaritan Hospital for all the great team work and the time and sacrifice you give to your patients!!!!!

I want to know why the ER hands people puke bags and continues to let them sick people sit amongst the rest of the ER patients and continue to puke? That is not right in anyway you look at it. Especially with covid, and that's one of the main symptoms. Why are they not moved into another area?This is mind boggling. Just unbelievable!
