The Havana Cappuccino is my favorite to get here at Peet's. The staff are very friendly there and they are efficient. I got my order within a couple minutes despite a busy line. I would definitely recommend going there and trying it out if you haven't yet. It's honestly like real coffee that you would make at home. All my friends love Peet's and it's definitely worth the hype! A+++

Customer service is phenomenal. The only thing I have ever ordered is the Havana cappuccino and I have yet to regret it. Creamy, just the right amount of sweet, and beautifully roasted and brewed espresso, all come together for an exceptional beverage either hot or iced. Edit: I had their black tie cold brew since I reviewed previously. If you like your coffee cold, I would highly recommend it. Re-review: Still a five star customer & coffee experience. I've explored the menu more widely and am still looking for something that doesn't live up to my expectations.
