Staff is perpetually miserable, arguing with each other about who did what last time and now someone else should have to do it over top of a store full of customers. Performed a machine retinal exam without approving payment and then charged me for it because it wasn't covered. No, I'm not buying your 200 extra add-ons after you gouged me for that without telling me until after the fact. Then gave me a hard time because I hated the progressive bifocals they sold me last year and refused to buy them again. Unpleasant people, unpleasant experience. Every year it gets a little worse, until next year hopefully when I go somewhere else.

I used vision works for almost a decade and have always had issues if I needed to go to a different location, no information is shared between locations. At this location I had an appointment scheduled for over a month which they cancelled the day before and provided me with dates for new appointments 6 weeks away leaving me with no ability to get contacts before a vacation. I cancelled all appointments and found a non corporate eye doctor who was able to make speedy and friendly accommodations. Go somewhere else

I have called and called this place for months and they never answer. I now live 45 minutes from Mechanicsburg. I have a full-time job and I'm a single parent living paycheck to paycheck. I paid for a yrs worth of contacts for my daughter. If I was donating money it sure as hell wouldn't be to a million dollar company! Not once has anyone reached out to me!
