What a God send you are! Kohll’s Pharmacy in Lincoln Nebraska told me about the help you provide and even submitted the paperwork to apply for a grant through your Foundation. I was approved almost immediately and just picked up my medication. I am a 71 year old single Mom with a 24 year daughter working towards her Masters Degree and who also is thankful to you for helping extend my Life. The prescription I needed would have cost over $25,000 which I would not been able to afford without the Foundation’s assistance. I cannot tell you the stress that has been removed and am hopeful for a full recovery. I am so thankful to you and the Donors who support your efforts to bring health and peace of mind to those of us who so desperately are in need of both. God Bless each and every one of you.

Hi Roberta, HealthWell operates on a rolling 12-month grant cycle; all grant enrollments cover a 12-month period. Re-enrollment can be completed through our online application or by calling us at (800) 675-8416 no more than 3-4 weeks in advance of the grant end date. Please remember that HealthWell grants assistance on a first-come, first-served basis to the extent funding is available and receipt of prior grant approval does not guarantee subsequent grant approval. All active grant recipients are welcome to re-enroll at the end of their grant cycle (one year) as long as assistance is still required and the individual still meets the program criteria and funding is available. I had a prescription filled and I have aarp for insurance they paid$ 43.of I paid 12 I showed the pharmacy my health well card they it didn't accept it.. The prescription was for eye drops. my question is seeing how I got a a r p for insurance that the health well doesn't apply for a copay. I tried calling the number on the back of the card for information for makes it. Easier to explain what I was doing when answering got a recording said it wasn't open that was 10 am est
