I was told by my former Dr, I need to get an EKG done. Called Dunham AHC to make an appointment and was told to "just walking to Carlisle Medical Center for an EKG" called Carlisle MC and was told I need a Script from a Dr. Called Dunham back was told next available appointment is OCT 24th. Today is Aug 31st. What other alternatives are there?

For being a clinic inside an Army College, you would expect better efficiency. So much brass and no common sense. Why does it still takes so long to check-in? What happened to Army “Modernization”? Don’t you dare being late, but don’t get upset when they see you 30 minutes past your appointment time. Pharmacy has gotten much better, but now their clinic is using COVID as an excuse for their horrible hours of operations and of course they are short on staff. My PCM has changed so much, I can’t keep track of who it is.

Its a real shame that Military Retirees are forced by Tricare to use this facility in order to keep it open. They really have very poor support for COVID treatment and vaccines. They were one of the last facilities to provide Vaccines to high risk customers, my wife and I had to use our high risk status to go to other facilities outside of Dunham such as the VA, who was months ahead of them. If you have developed COVID symptoms it can take them up to 96 hours to treat you, this happen to both my Wife and I. They will not be able to provide medications in a timely manner. My wife's UPMC Cardiologist wanted her on COVID meds ASAP but could not provide- stated it had to come from Primary Care Provider (Dunham). Dunham's reply was hopefully by next week- but you need to drive sick with COVID for 25 miles twice to be treated. This is just a glorified Pharmacy with preventative medical support. If you become positive with COVID- save yourself the time and trouble and just go to Urgent Care ASAP- This type of service made me realize it forces you to rely more on Urgent Care and Emergency rooms vice this facility....Change the area ruling TRICARE ASAP and allow retirees to get better care with a private practice in this area...Like I had for 25 years living in other areas.

The main Pharmacy closes at 1830 on tuesdays, the PX refill site closes at 1730

Good Afternoon, Flu Shots will be given at Dunham Clinic from 21October - 1 November, 0730- 1630 hours.
You need to sign up for secure messaging, they ask every patient who is not enrolled at every visit. If you have it you can reach her team. If you dont have it call the clinic on Monday.

This is for asking questions about a facility not asking for a response from the facility. Being I was at Dunham last week i am aware the weather caused a lot of issues with both phone and network. In the future try asking on the Facebook page you might get a response sooner or more official anyways.
