Took forever to service. Dude in the back isn’t really working but isn’t really working the front of shop either. Store is crazy disorganized and his attitude was mixed at best.

The owner was very cool and helped me choose well since I’m new to the pipe scene. I can see how he would come off as rude to some (other reviews are mixed), but he’s just a little different. He is knowledgeable and friendly if you show him respect.
