The cakes do not hold up well at all being shipped and will arrive looking nothing as pictured. I ordered a $150 cake that had an $80+ shipping cost and it arrived badly damaged. I would never order another cake from here to be shipped. Edit: Kate reached out to me and offered reimbursement for the cake and shipping cost. Although the cake did not arrive as intended, they stood by the product and I appreciated the level of customer service shown by Kate.

Severely overpriced, can get the same quality for a lower price with the same if not better skill level and taste. Nyc cakes is way better, and the price quote for the same cake from this place was $600 more. Are you kidding lol. I got quotes from 9 other places, and Bcakes was the only place charging $1000 for an 8in cake.

It honestly doesnt hurt to try because as a business they are extremely accommodating despite being extremely busy and a 2 layer unicorn cake should be an easy feat for these experts. Call them and hopefully you get to work with Garnette, she is amazing and beyond helpful!!!
