This place is cool but there food needs to be majorly updated. Ego waffles barely cooked and some really sad over cooked chicken was what I got for the chicken and waffles. The place itself is cool free classic video games and comic books were great.

Both. You can/should reserve for parties and big groups. But if it's a few people there's no need to reserve.
I visited Action Burger about a week ago and there was a tall young lady who prepared our food and it was good too.
