Beyond the menu, the wait can be a little lengthy sometimes.

ordered delivery for the 1st time from papa john's tonight. the pizza was fantastic, just as I customized it, and delivered faster than expected. Driver was nice, and came to the door. Breadsticks are a pass.

Don’t order from this location. Received a completely f’ed up pizza, the pizza dipping sauce was expired and smelled sour and they forgot the wings. Order from a different location

I would write or call corporate about this situation. That way corporate can train and coach them on proper guest service. Use the website for the contact info. If you you don't let them know, then they will not be taught the one right way!

I've ordered chicken wings from Papa John's on multiple occasions and I have not ever experienced raw chicken wings. Being one that has and does work in the food industry mistakes do happen and not all products to get cooked fully all the time which can be dangerous yes. I suggest writing to their customer service through email so that way there's proof of the complaint and they will be able to coach their employees on ensuring that the chicken is cooked to the proper 165 degrees for 15 seconds as it should be stated by the Food and Health Administration. Taking matters in this route will help protect others as well as yourself from future purchases and it helps increase knowledge. Knowledge is power.
