We enjoyed our stay at Embassy Suites by Hilton Albuquerque. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The Breakfast made-to-order was delicious, especially the omelet. The pool was nice. Maybe just one recommendation for the hotel to get a heated pool. It was kind of cold. Other than that, our stay was pleasant and we'd most definitely be back.

It's a great place to stay - Two room suite, very nice - Located next to the Uptown Mall. * Checked in - lady at desk looked at us, never said a word. After she was done with whatever she was doing (5-7min later) she asked what can she do for us (could have at least greeted us when we stepped up to the front desk). First night there we asked about their shuttle service - it only runs from 8am until 2pm (that's sad).

Positive: The young lady cooking omelets was super friendly, efficient, and GREAT at her job. Negative: Our room wasn¿t ready when we arrived, an hour after check-in time. We were told we would receive a text and didn¿t after waiting more than an hour. The breakfast buffet ran out of several items by 8 o¿clock. And you SHOULD NOT have to pay for pa

The stay was perfect, they also provided complimentary strawberries and champagne, which is lovely. The room is nice, we had some company snacks and drinks too. The decor is a bit dated, but we didn’t mind much. The managers happy hour is a big plus, you can get free drinks and some snacks 5.30-7pm. The bar employees have the bar employees attitude, so i deal with it and didn’t pay much attention to it. We had some issues with cooling with room, manager Damien cortez has been very helpful and resolve the matter and even comped the bill with some discounts which i wasn’t expecting at all. Overall a great experience, things that can be improved are, support via hilton chat.

Whats awesome is its $1 to wash & $1 to dry; however u gotta get the tokens at front desk as it doesnt accept quarters.
I don't think so I don't work there you will have to ask them yourself. The probably have a no dogs allowed sign and or a no pets allowed sign both outside and inside the facility
No, We were told there is not and had to hire Uber to get us to the room from the airport.
I would call the hotel itself. This thread is only meant for asking the general population who have visited or stayed at the hotel
Yes
About ten minutes away from Embassy
You get one drink. It's enough and it is a good deal. They take care of you.
