During my visit, I had to wait 20 minutes for the cashier, as he was constantly on the phone. After his long phone call, I finally thought I could place my order. But no! Despite my long waiting time, the cashier suddenly started counting money from the cash register. After another 5 minutes, I unfortunately had to leave the store due to lack of time. Behind the counter there were also 6 other employees who had nothing better to do and still did not take our order. As a German, such an inefficiency of work force disturbs me.

The terrible service caused us to walk out. The cashier was on the phone for 15 minutes and then proceeded to count cash while we waited for him to NOT take our order. We were excited to try this place and he ruined it for us. The longer you keep inattentive and rude employees the more bad reviews you will have coming your way.
