I think if you have a bar you should have a bartender at all times. Not that the server has to try to jump behind the bar and help. When for lunch place is huge but only 2 tables and no one sitting at bar fried oyster no fresh must be a frozen product and way over cooked fresh oyster served un shucked for a specialty place not good frozen corn in the steam pot and asked for shrimp head on and got head off. They use a high quality fry they were great. Maybe just better when they are busy.

Hi there! Thank you for your question. Details are as follow: 1. All staff wear gloves and masks. 2. Checking temperature for every staff when they come in and have COVID test all negative. 3. We keep the restaurant clean and sanitized after every tables. Keep them six feet away from each other. 4. Customers who come in to the restaurant must check their temperature. 5. We also have sanitize all over the restaurant. Have staff checking restaurant every 30 mins and sanitize everything.
