We really liked the trendy decor and atmosphere. We ordered the steak with mushrooms as well as a stack of pork chops with a side of fries. The steak was cooked a nice medium rare as I asked for and had a nice flavor as you could taste all the butter it was basted in. Having a bite with the mushroom was delightful. So juicy and salty (in a good way). The stack of pork chops tasted very good as well (cooked & seasoned perfectly), but the plating of it made it hard to eat. Three bone-in chops were served on a small plate (a little bigger than a side plate you eat bread on) which made it hard to cut. A pool of oil accumulated underneath and when the pork chops were cut it would splash around. I would go back again for another special occasion.

What an incredible jewel ticket away in Long Island! Very friendly staff, attentive and charming. Food was absolutely amazing, and I'll told its an exact replica of the kind of food you would get in Quebec. We had oysters, two kinds of salad, the goat tangible, pumpkin duck, pork chops and a few other things that were all really flavorful, tasty and cooked to perfection.
