The food is good. It’s like your mamas kitchen when it comes to the style of food but if you’ve been spoiled by a friend from the West Indies that can cook, it isn’t as good. It will satisfy a craving for jerk chicken or roti or Mac and cheese. The rice and beans are amazing. I can taste the complicated flavors put into it like coconut. It tastes like love but I find that the Mac and cheese noodles are always over cooked and it’s all a little under seasoned resulting in kind of a mush. The roti shell flavor seems to have changed a little over years. Not as much of a fan as I once was. The food is made with love and it’s quality food. Just wish it had more flavor…like the rice!

I guess the owner have enough money doing it this way only. Should want to expand his business and make it a corporate and open franchises all over U.S could be the next Golden Crust R.I.P boss man.
