This is the pharmacy in the neighborhood to come to for vaccines. After a disastrous experience in a much larger neighborhood pharmacy where I made an appointment months prior, for my 2nd shingles vaccine was left waiting for nearly an hour while the pharmacist administering the vaccines seemed overwhelmed, I came to Wellness this morning without an appointment around 9:30 am, and even though there was a customer in front of me, I was taken care of immediately and efficiently. The staff here is friendly, focused, and professional.

Went inside for a booster shot and their pharmacist, Nick Tawfik, applies gloves then leaves the area with said gloves to go back to wherever he was with the gloves on. I asked him to change his gloves before administering the vaccination and he snapped at me. "Don't tell me what to do. I DONT WORK FOR YOU. The gloves are to protect me not you." As a medical professional, he should know that gloves that have left the room on his hands are now considered contaminated. I went to speak to the manager(decent fellow), and Nicj Tawfik begins to scream at him not to listen to me because I called him an @$$hole. Which I did. Dont try to handle patients with dirty gloves during a pandemic. I should report his gross behavior to the state board. Do better Wellness. Also, you should be monitoring your patients for signs and symptoms of adverse reactions to injections.
