Informed delivery showed 4 pieces of mail being delivered, one being an irs check. Got everything but the check. Come to find out this is a major issue with usps..i waited so long to recieve this check and now the mail carriers from this place screw me

No...because the post office have a different barcode scan systems that allow you or the sender to track the package...
