I love El Pollo Loco. So, my main focus is always, food quality. (How well its cooked) and service. This location always hits the mark. Kind, friendly and the chicken always taste just perfect.

Last time we got food from here, we thought maybe they were just having a bad day. So, we decided to try again today. Bad idea! This time, I asked for extra sour cream in lieu of avocados in my Tostada Bowl. Instead I got no sour cream at all. AND, the food was stale again. I think they use leftover oil which causes the bitter taste in the food. And the chicken is still hard. I feel like they do this on purpose or something, or they just don’t seem to care. They seriously don’t deserve any loyalty on our part. It’s just too bad they are the only El Pollo Loco around here. I guess I will be taking our business elsewhere. What a disappointment!

The Classic Tostada Salad is a winner for me. Especially if you are on a diet! I have a smoothie for breakfast, then a snack like nuts or fruit, then my Classic Tostada Salad or a soup for dinner. No food after 6:00pm. Do not get extra chicken, remember you are dieting!
