I hate this park there are living people inside the restrooms they don't let nobody used the restroom it's so ridiculous and when we have soccer games not even our kids are able yo used the restroom it's that bad and nobody does nothing about it

Yea. And it's got lights at night. Not too well lit, but still bright enough to flow around.
No you dont. If you like you can but there is no one supervising it to prevent you from skating if your not wearing pads.

Yes., But be aware of skateboarders. They get speed and air. Once they get air and you under. There's no stop. Just play it safe. Take turns and watch people left and right,! Be careful and have fun
There are local gangs there that beat up scooter kids, it’s wild, watch out!!
