You probably heard so many folks say "in business, you must have a great attorney." I've dealt with dozens of law firms and lawyers during my business life of 20+ years, and pretty much with good outcomes. When I retained Attorney Jay Livingston for a business related transaction though it was a next level experience. I can say I really truly experienced a different tier of attorney-competency firsthand, truly understanding what it means to have a great attorney in business. Attorney Jay Livingston worked on a business-related transaction for me. He was thorough, prompt, professional, and transparent during the whole process: from the initial legal consultation to document preparation to communication with other parties, to the successful completion of the legal transaction. Both Raven Sword and Jay Livingston are competent, compassionate and dynamic attorneys in Palm Coast with complimenting practice areas from business and real estate law to Family Law and Wills and Trusts. I wholeheartedly recommend Livingston & Sword as a firm for your legal matters.

What is a PA?

Mrs. Brigman, thank you for your question. The P.A. designations refer to the law firm for which the attorney works and the way in which the firm is organized (e.g., corporation, partnership, sole proprietor, etc.). P.A. stands for Professional Association, which is a corporation. A PA, or Professional Association, is a business entity that is limited to specific professions.
