My child has been coming to this clinic for several years. We have experienced some of the worst care and sometimes no care. However the last time we were in October 4,2022. The feeling in the office was much different, and there was new staff. For once I felt happy and the girls that were working this day were extremely uplifting and kind. A completely different experience from any other we have had here before. The Nurse practitioner that was here on this day was AMAZING! She made our day. The whole team working was awesome. We appreciate each one of you, and pray the clinic keeps the current upbeat spirit.

I love this place but there are some issues with the virtual visits. They are constantly late, yesterday they called me 2 hours after the scheduled time even after they called me 30 minutes before the scheduled time to confirm. They seem to put the virtual visits on the back burner.

A man whom I believe is named Christopher answered the phone to set up my son’s appointment and he was so nice, professional, helpful and thorough! He made setting the appointment very easy and pleasant.

If you're asking about mental heatlh, they can probably refer you to a specialist. This is more of a primary care. But always good to start with a good PCP and then see what they recommend. This place is alright, but I would keep looking around.
