I will remove this if the management will be taking actions. Super upset on how dirty the place is. Not only it’s disgusting, there are so many chocking hazards to little ones, like gums and pieces of food on the floor. Take actions before I call the heath board on you. The place where the kids play needs to be clean, to prevent bacteria and disease spreading. If you are a parent and you are reading this, demand a cleaner place especially for the recent raised price, it’s ridiculous

Do not book a party here. It’s way more expensive to do it that way vs paying everyone’s entry fee. I wish I would have done it that way I could have saved $300 & just had pizza at my house before. My party total was $432 vs paying $18 for kids to get in regularly with 2 free adults each ($180). There’s plenty of open seating as well. They wouldn’t offer a refund so that I could go the other route so hoping I save someone else some money by leaving this review. This honestly ruined my time here that I lost so much money for no reason. Another thing that rubbed me the wrong way is that the package states it comes with cake but they called me the week of saying they couldn’t supply it so I had to order one last minute.

I just had a party there and it was great! If you do just snacks is 299 for 10 kids. No outside food. If you do the food package which we did its 399 which includes pizza, cake, tokens, unlimited drinks. It's worth the price!

Its an indoor playground for kids of all ages. Adults can play as well. Similar to kid mania in Plano. You should check it out!
