I signed a contract for Roof Fix to install solar panels, backup batteries, and radiant barrier. I went with them even though they were close to 20% higher than other quotes because I was sold on quality and service. I signed the contract and financed with them in June and its still not done as of today with no answer on when it will be done. They answer my call, but just say they will check into it and call me back but never do. They told me in September the electrician was on vacation, and they would schedule something in October. Do they have only 1 electrician? I can only get a hold of the scheduling people. There is no project manager or service manager to talk to when there is a problem. They said they would relocate a roof vent to install the solar panels. They cut the pipe in the attic and just covered it with painters tape, see photo. They did not reroute the pipe outside the roof, it now dumps steam in my attic and could cause mold. They installed the panels but put the last side panel on top of the roof valley with a critter guard. Any leaves, balls, sticks that flow down the valley where all the water collects will dam up right away. They say I approved the layout but that is just bad workmanship. They could have centered the panels so its not on the valley, see photo. They installed the radiant barrier but basically just laid rolls of foil on my attic floor. Just randomly laid rolls and "secured" them together and to my hvac with painters tape. Basically just put trash in my attic and made it unwalkable. Radiant barrier should be stapled to the rafters in the attic to work properly, see photos. I have called multiple times and just get told they will look into it and get back to me. The financing I signed for has a grace period, so now I will start paying on my loan when the work is not even done and no indication when it will be done. I could have got better service for cheaper and been saving on my electrical bill by now if I went with someone else. Apparently they are roofers pretending to be solar installers. Solar is not their priority.

A few years ago my new home/roof had to be replaced due to significant hail damage. Roof Fix installed a great looking new roof. Fast forward a few short years later, the roof developed a leak. Their inspector came out the next day. After reviewing the warranty they sent a team out the next day and repaired it in just a few hours. The crew kept me updated every so often and even took pictures to show me the before and after. Repairs were covered under warranty. Thanks Roof Fix!

After the initial review, I received a response and Roof Fix came out to complete the install within the week. Everything looks to be installed well and I am only waiting on my City to come inspect and approve. That should happen soon and I will update my review with any thoughts on the system itself after I get some use with it. Original Review on 10/16/22 Well, I've paid money, waited months, and now the company won't respond. They make you sign the contract prior to work starting so now I have $70,000 financed for a solar system they may never install.

Joe Perez and his team came out and did a great job on our roof repair. Joe communicated the whole time and the work was done in a timely manner. Roof Fix is the best in town.

I don't know specifically about Goliad but i'm in Corpus Christi and they did a great job on our roof.
I think the response from Roof Fix Now covers the process. I can only add that my experience with them was very positive.
Estimate for our project was free, but that was hurricane Harvey estimate for TWIA.
