Worst experience ever.....one thing I asked not to do (cut the top) out of nowhere starts getting cut and is again to short for style wanted and to top it off next day I noticed a lump on the back of my neck which over the next week and a half landed me in the ER getting lanced to drain the infection that was growing now almost two weeks later antibiotics finally did there part and actually healed.....most expensive haircut I have ever had and wrong one at that!!!!!!
