What horrible financial services these office in Ohio. I paid off my bmw and they reported 30day late. I paid every payment on time but last one they didn’t auto withdraw and I found out I had to send them check which i did and they cashed $19500 but these people reported 30day, while I am in meddle of buying my new house. I sent in request to see if they will fix the 30 day inaccurate info they reported and damaging my credit.

This was the last BMW I will ever get as a result of this experience. Horrible. With the likes of Apple, Google, Amazon, we learnt that engagement with your brand is much more than just the car. It is how the company treats you every step of the way. Perhaps the financial services are the weak link of the BMW experience...

I wanted to buy out my lease because I still love the car. (M3) I called them with all the questions I had. Got my payoff and went with my credit union. (Crazy low interest rate.) Got the loan and sent the payoff and paperwork to them. Within 4 days the title and their paperwork was sent back to me. Plus they sent me a plate release letter so I was able to keep my personal plates. Had the car registered that day. I don’t understand why there are so many negative reviews. It’s 5 stars from me. Thanks BMW Financial for everything! I finally own my dream car!

Apparently they just send you a letter saying you have a clean title. No actual title, and they file nothing.
First, Its due to safety. When your expensive vehicle catches a nail in the tire you will be thankful that you can drive to a tire shop or to a dealership rather than to pull over and be stranded. Secondly, being a performance company most of their vehicles have a hard ride anyways ( Due to improved performance suspension.) Lastly, Road noise. Yes this is a problem with Run Flat tires but manufactures are putting Run Flats on their new vehicles for valid reasons. If you want standard tires you can customer order any make or model with NON Run flats. Hope this was informative!

Yes you can. Call BMW FS and they will sell you additional miles over the phone, very convenient.
Go to their website and log in. They'll give you a payoff figure. Send it to the address they give by Registered, Return receipt requested mail or an overnight service with tracking. Do not send regular mail and expect this bank to do the right thing. My mistake.
