The doctors take a while to be see you, but the care and attention you get during your time is quality including expert knowledge of little kids. We have seen a few doctors in the practice over the past 9 years and have been pleased with them all. My child even refers to her doctor on nearly every scrape injury at home. “Well it is time to go see Dr. Kravitz.” The only reason I gave a 4 star is due to the face mask policy still in place for both adults and kids. My children who were in for their check-up and I, all of us completely healthy, were asked to wear a face mask. We weren’t near any other patients (over 6 feet away the entire time) and didn’t have a mask on for the evaluation. I even did the web checkin prior so there was no exchange of cards with the receptionist. The policy is outdated and does make me question the leadership of the facility. It would be nice to go to the pediatrician and see smiling faces again. The face mask policy wasn’t in effect when kids were sick before 2020 so why is it still implemented now when the result data resembles previous viruses that were around before 2020. Edit…The policy is still required but it was nice to walk into the facility without a mask and not be asked to wear one while inside.

It took some time to get an appointment but Dr. Copeland was worth the wait! She was thorough and was very understanding. My girl took to her very well. Last thing of note, the office was very clean and the waiting area is spacious!
