For a guy that spend 15k on a john deer 1025r you would think that they would help you for parts for it. 10 phone calls at the The lancaster location kept getting transferred multiple times hung up on twice and still can't get help on an upgraded air box for my tractor. Will take my buisness somewhere. It's a shame to because end of this year we was going to upgrade alot of our farm equipment including 1 combine 2 sprays 2 disc and some other smaller things. But you guys won't get my buisness.

Very poor sales service. Been in two times and it's like their sales staff is paid to not talk to customers. Dead silence in the showroom and can see 4 sales people available and none willing to make eye contact with me. Coming in to buy a tractor they have in stock and won't help me. I interrupt a salesman browsing the internet and ask if he can sell me a tractor and he replies with "Maybe." He spouted some prices off the top of his head that he "thought were right" then sighed when I asked him to look up the engine hours on a used tractor on the lot. Won't be back again unless maybe a district sales manager gets in contact with me before I buy a Kubota!

I should have learned my lesson the first time. I ordered seal kits and was given the run around for six months. And never got them! Well I tried them again for an oil drain plug and gasket total $5.05 and NO WHERE did it tell me that I was going to be charged OVER $22.00 for delivery by UPS. UPDATE: shipping was corrected...

Purchased a 13,000 dollar mower from Agpro Lancaster Ohio. Not even a year old, 35 hours. Will not start all the time. Took it back to dealer in Lancaster, Ohio. They said they could not find anything wrong and are charging us 110.00 labor because they could not find the problem. BEWare!!
