DO NOT SHOP HERE if unless you want to spend more time in here than you have to. The 2 times that I’ve come here because of a gift card, I waited in line for FIFTEEN minutes. The first time, because the cashier and customer were have a grand ole chit chat and were in LaLa land completely oblivious to everyone around them. The 2nd time I came here, I waited in like for TEN minutes because the cashier didn’t know why the customer couldn’t redeem their “Kohl’s Cash” and kept trying for 5 minutes before asking for help. Then waited another 5 minutes to call another cashier over while there was 8 people in line behind me. PLEASE hire some competent workers who have a little pep in their step so that can get people in and out and on with their lives.

Kohl's does carry all the Cleveland team merchandise in the stores in the Cleveland area.

This Kohls does not accept Amazon returns. There are only a select few in Chicago and Los Angeles that do right now.
