I ordered a 2022 Outlander which came in a few week s early. Amber was great and made the process easy. When I arrived to pick it up Brian made the paperwork process quick and easy. Amber went over the machine with me and she was thorough and made sure my questions were answered. Johnny Ks was not the closest Can Am dealer to me but I checked out a few others before making the purchase from them. I recommend purchasing one from Johnny Ks and ask for Amber.

I'd suspect that it has to be a little ironic...or tough in something sales-based, when you work for company that sells multiple brands and / or category(s) of product, but this is an interesting review and callout of an exceptional staff member, Amber Comanescu, of the Niles (OH) location of theirs. My wife and I were recently in Florida and came across a Scarab (personal) jet boat watercraft in a local, power sport dealership*. It was actually THERE + available for purchase, seemingly perfect and perfectly configured, but unfortunately, would be way too BIG (re: total length of boat) to put onto our modest lake in OH. We had spoken to her about UTV's in past, and did not realize JK's was also the authorized re-seller of these branded boats in our region. (Note: Being from FL and via the Miami Vice days, we always thought of Scarab's as those massive and expensive offshore...go-fast, gold-wearing chain toys of the well-to-do = ) Anyhow, spoke to Amber, and her particular location does NOT have ability to sell these directly, but she was BEYOND gracious and helpful and redirected us to their Cleveland location to speak to someone that could help us there. But it was not just a cold or impersonal handoff nor guidance to just "call them," / give us a number. She went WAY above and beyond and called up there personally, discussed our situation, so when the sales rep called us back...and YES...someone also -actually- called us back, but we were able to get right into a seamless conversation. Still some due diligence ahead before we lock in a sale (...which will likely come in Fall due to the all-to-familiar supply chain bubbles we are all trapped in), but honestly, was incredible sales and service. We appreciate your professionalism, Amber, and keep being exceptional in a workspace that is increasingly challenging for most businesses operating out there. This type of care is not taught or in a manual, and thanks for making a difference!!! *P.S. The #almost right boat, and hopefully we can do the 21' vs. 25' (as pictured)

I have a 2004 Victory Touring Cruiser. Called Rex at Johnny K’s in Niles, OH to get a front right turn signal because a socket and mounting post in the one I had, broke. As it turns out, due to Victory parts becoming more and more difficult to find, I was able to purchase the LAST one Polaris had in stock. When it arrived, I was stoked, at first. Then I realize, upon closer inspection, BOTH of the socket mounting posts in the new one were broken. My guess is, it happened while still in the Polaris stock. You can imagine my frustration knowing this is the last in stock or even available through Polaris. (Johnny K’s is the dealer, they aren’t Polaris). I called, spoke to Rex and after exhausting all possible solutions, he said I could return it or try and fix it myself. We’ll, I did fix it and Johnny K’s via Rex, gave me a HUGE clearance discount and the end result is, the light works exactly as it should. I highly recommend doing business with Johnny K’s in Niles, OH and working with Rex. Everyone there is awesome to work with. Next year when I get my new Indian, I’m going to Niles, OH!!
