Management is very rude and only deals with people they want to. The way the apartments are made you can hear hear every little movement someone is making. My family has complained to the office about neighbors above us with all the noise at all times day or night but nothing has been done. Its not worth the price to deal with management. The bad snow storm we had a couple of months ago we had to plow our cars out. It was very slippery outside and we witness a eldery woman fall trying to get to her car because there was no salt put down. For the proce its not worth it.

Worst Managment ever . The old management when it was harbor woods was super nice and accommodating. Since United church homes took over , its no longer the same . Managment is so rude ,arrogant and inflexible . Small poorly built overpriced apartments with no sound insulation at all . Community room that’s never allowed for the residents to use . Not a good place for anyone who has pets since they will keep bothering you for one reason or another every single day . No parking available at night even for its own residents .

You can here every sound through the floors and walls. 5-6 people living in one apartment. No parking.

I had a good experience for the year I lived here because it’s a safe apartment. Recently rent was raised $350 if I want to renew my lease next year. My friends, who I referred, will only pay $10 more if they want to renew, online it says …Hello Samantha, thank you for your feedback.
