No microwave in room. The hot tube and pool areas are amazing. Gym has very limited equipment. Beautiful lobby and rear outdoor courtyard. Will be staying here again for sure. Staff is very helpful and accommodating. Rooms/bathrooms are clean and well maintained. Located very close to food, shopping, and entertainment.

This is an exceptionally well managed property, in my opinion, the best in the IHG family. Clean, comfortable, friendly, helpful. Just the experience you want when traveling. In the evening, fresh baked cookies, ice cream and more. The breakfast offerings are extensive and warm. The lady who manages that area is fabulous, unobtrusively visible, keeps everything refreshed and so very clean. This hotel sets the bar for the rest of the brand.

Enjoyed this property very much. Starting with high level of service at the front desk. Thank you Eleanor 😊 The pool & hot were very enjoyable. The pool area is very well done and the hot 🔥 tub nestled in the corner in an atrium style. So relaxing. The upkeep and cleanliness of property was refreshing. My room was large comfortable and clean my new go to when in area.

I was so disappointed with this hotel at my most recent stay. I've stayed there for an event each year for the past 4 years and have kept coming back because we previously loved it so much. Unfortunately, this time was very different. We were hovered over every place we walked. My children were followed by hotel staff. Hotel staff was even knocking on doors and when a resident would answer they would peer over the resident's shoulder into their room. It was so uncomfortable. I felt like I wasn't welcome and they didn't trust me or my children. My children are well-behaved and respectful to all. To be stalked at a hotel is very upsetting. I was told by the front desk that they had issues with a group the previous weekend and were being extra cautious. We aren't the previous group of people. Not everyone is a hoodlum. Don't treat us all as if we are.
