The worst complex ever! For one you can’t seee the unit before moving in … that’s where I made mistake number one Walls weren’t painted Flores had crack cabinets filthy on top of that roaches came outta nowhere!! Do not move here it’s horrible

This apartment is overpriced for what you get. I have lived here for almost three years and during my time here rent has continuously went up. My air has not worked in months. The leasing office cannot even give me a eta on when someone will come out to fix it. The office does not answer the phone half of the time. The only nice thing is the master room size and the balcony. The birds and the pot holes are terrible. The pool has not been open since I lived here. My cieling has water damage. My air has been not working so long I went out and BOUGHT a personal ac. If you drive around the apartment you will see many people have this ac units in their windows even though all the apartments “have” central air. Just to give you an idea of how many people are having the same issue with their air. The office just simply does not seem to care about the residents or making sure they are comfortable. I will not be renewing my lease and am putting my rent into escrow. It is litterally 80 degrees in my apartment and I have a small child in here. Smh please don’t make my same mistake and move here

STAY AWAY FROM HERE! When we moved in everything seemed fine couple months after moving in is when we started having every single trouble one could think of, from flooding during the storms, very very lose electrical outlets, dishwasher broke, AC unit broke MULTIPLE times in the lease. We would submit maintenance requests to have them cancel them shortly after putting them in to resubmitting them to them marking them as completed yet never even coming out to do the job. I've had to contact CODE ENFORCEMENT ON THEM TO GET THINGS DONE HALF WAY THROUGH THE LEASE! Even then they didn't even fully do everything that was reported to code enforcement as well. Anita the office lady has incredibly rude customer service skills, almost always had an attitude when calling or walking into the office was crazy! SHOULD NOT BE IN CHARGE WHAT SO EVER! Another thing was the neighbors oh my gosh some of the rudest people ever! IF YOU LIKE BASS BLASTING THROUGHOUT THE DAY THAN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! Multiple people blasting bass as their car literally sounds like it's falling apart from the "bass" in the songs, songs that don't even have bass they have it full blasted. Through out morning, afternoon, and even into the night they sit in their cars for twenty to forty minutes blasting "bass" Pictures are damages and issues when we first moved in.

If I could give negative 99 stars I would. The leasing manager Anita is the worst leasing agent I’ve ever had to deal with. She is unprofessional and has the attitude of a pre teen girl who needs a HARD reality check. Justin the supervisor is also of no help. He does not make sure the people under him are doing their jobs. Anita suggested I terminate my lease after one month ( moved in April 2022 ) because my air is out and has been for almost two weeks now. Mind you we have a laundry list of small fixes that were needed to be taken care of when we moved in that no one came to fix ( paint on carpet , missing wood pieces , cabinets not closing completely etc ). The closet bedroom door fell off four days after moving in. I now have it standing in the dining closet cause it’s impossible to put back on. The emergency line does not actually tend to the calls. Even if it fits the guidelines on the emergency sheet handed to you on move in day they still won’t come fix the issue. After several calls and threatening to withhold rent we were told they ordered ONE window unit to cool off a TWO bedroom apartment. I was told we had nine people ahead of us on 6.1.2022 even though the 5.29.2022 I was told that only 4 other people were ahead of me. My boyfriend called on 6.1.2022 as well and was told five people were ahead of us even though I called at 4:57am to have my air fixed. Anita has no plans to fix the issue and we will not be renewing our lease. Honestly we are looking into lawyers to sue the property for tenants violations. RUN. DO NOT MOVE HERE. IT IS THE WORST PROPERTY IN CANAL WINCHESTER. And yes that is water damage in a few pictures
