I’m quite surprised with the level of customer service that comes from this location. I purchased a couch online, it was delivered damaged. I went out of town for a few months and Katie was phenomenal with researching options and making herself available. I’m very grateful beyond words, Katie is amazing and deserves the best.

Not very well kept up rows messy floor dirty

The lady working the furniture area was amazing, assumingshe was the night manager. She helped us measure the box before we purchased so we could make sure it fit. Then a young man, wearing an ear bud while on the clock, was grabbing something and she told him 7 times to grab the blue trash bags and he continued to grab the wrong one. She went over, told him to take the ear bud out and put it away, and told him they changed the color of the bags. This young man proceeded to tell her to "chill the f*** out, and walked away. She stayed professional throughout it all and I was very impressed. Before someone with a truck came to help us haul our purchase, she came over and apologized profusely and she was embarrassed that this particular employee said that in front of customers. I wish I would have e caught her name to put in this review.
